Changing the IP whitelist

By default, the bank accepts requests from any IP address. To restrict access, you can configure an whitelist in online banking.

1. Log in to Raiffeisen Business Online and select "Integration with Business Systems" from the left-hand menu.

   

2. On the API Orchestrator card, click "Go to section".

   

3. Click "Edit IP whitelist".

   

4. A panel will open on the right where you can:

   • edit an IP — update the value in the relevant field and click "Save";

   • add a new IP — click "Add", enter the address, and click "Save";

   • remove an IP — click the trash icon next to the address, then click "Save".

   

5. Confirm your changes by entering the verification code sent to your email. If you skip this step, the changes will not be saved.
